Is this a new skincare brand?


Launched in 2016, we are a relatively new brand supported by a GMP certified skincare company who has been in the industry for more than a decade and supplies quality and well-loved skincare products worldwide. Realizing its forte in high efficacy moisturizers that truly deliver results, we came together to create The Moisturizers Co. to specialize and continuously perfect our niche to bring better choices to discerning skincare consumers. What is the delivery process?


We ship out from California using United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking number will be provided when order has been dispatched. For all shipments (domestic / international), a flat rate (in USD) is charged for air mail and the amount is automatically presented upon check-out. Just a note that we do not earn from these shipment charges at all :) Note: If you are paying using PayPal, kindly ensure that the shipping address in your PayPal account is the delivery address for your shipment.




How do I pay?


We accept VISA / MasterCard, PayPal, Internet Bank Transfer and ATM Cash Transfer. 1) Payment with Credit / Debit Card Select the following options when you are checking out: a. add item to Cart > b. select "View Cart" > c. select "Checkout" > d. enter your delivery information, click on "Continue" > e. select your delivery option, click on "Continue" > f. choose your payment method (Credit Card) > g. enter your Credit / Debit card details > h. click on "Pay Now" at the end of the form. 2) Payment using PayPal Select the following options when you are checking out: a. add item to Cart > b. select "View Cart" > c. select "Checkout with PayPal" > d. enter your delivery information, click on "Continue" > e. select your delivery option, click on "Continue" > f. you'll be directed to log into your PayPal account for payment of item. Kindly ensure that the delivery address in your PayPal account is the address for your shipment. 3) Payment via Internet Bank Transfer / iBanking / ATM cash transfer Select the following options when you are checking out: a. add item to Cart > b. select "View Cart" > c. select "Checkout" > d. enter your delivery information, click on "Continue" > e. select your delivery option, click on "Continue" > f. select "Offline Payment" >
g. you'll be provided with our payment details > h. Click on "Pay Offline" at the end of the purchase instructions. All shipments in Singapore are free.




Is it safe to enter my Debit / Credit Card details on your website?


Our website does not retain your Debit / Credit Card information. Your Direct / Credit Card information is kept secured with PayPal or Stripe (card payments) and will not be revealed to us.
